从2001年起,芬兰开始了以“搭建职业教育通往就业世界的桥梁”为目标的中等职业教育改革,此次改革给职业教育注入了活力,增强了中等职业教育的吸引力,提升了职业教育的地位。芬兰职业教育改革的成果集中反映在课程上,其成效也是通过课程得以凸现的。综观芬兰职业教育的课程,我们不难提炼出三个显著的特征:与职业资格证书紧密结合;与工作紧密联系;课程实施较为灵活。芬兰中等职业学校课程包括三个部分:国家核心课程、学校课程和学生个人学习计划。国家核心课程由国家教育理事会与雇主组织、工会、教育工会、学生会联合开发,最终由国家教育理事会确定。制定国家核心课程是从国家层面规范教育机构
Since 2001, Finland has started the reform of secondary vocational education aimed at “building a bridge between vocational education and the world of employment”. This reform has injected vitality into vocational education and enhanced the attractiveness of secondary vocational education so as to enhance The status of vocational education. Finnish vocational education reform focused on the results of the curriculum, its effectiveness is also highlighted through the course. Looking at the Finnish vocational education curriculum, we can easily extract three salient features: a close tie with the vocational qualification certificate; close contact with the work; the implementation of the curriculum is more flexible. Finnish secondary vocational school curriculum consists of three parts: the national core curriculum, school curriculum and student personal learning programs. The national core curriculum was jointly developed by the National Board of Education and employers’ organizations, trade unions, educational unions and student unions, and ultimately by the National Board of Education. Developing a national core curriculum is regulating educational institutions at the national level
