许昌～漯河高速公路是运用FIDIC条款管理的公开招标承包的工程项目。针对许漯高速公路施工管理中出现单价变更问题，探讨分析了发生的原因，阐述承包人申报单价的审定程序，监理工程师理工程师审批的原则和计算方法。
Xuchang ~ Luohe Expressway is the use of FIDIC terms of management of open tender contracting projects. In view of the change of unit price in the construction management of Xu-Luo Expressway, the reasons for the occurrence of unit price changes were discussed. The procedures for the approval of the contractor’s declared unit price, the principles and calculation methods for the approval of engineer-engineer supervision were discussed.
