思维突破:确立“问题就是资源”的管理理念山钢集团莱钢板带厂现有1600名员工,拥有一条620mm热轧带钢生产线、一条1500mm热轧宽带生产线和一条1500mm冷轧薄板生产线,承担着莱钢三分之一的钢材生产任务,是莱钢转方式、调结构的重要环节。近年来,面对组织结构调整、设备工艺升级、技术质量提升、员工思想多元化等因素带来的新问题、新情况,我们大力倡导“问题就是资源”的理念,引导员工将每一个新问题、新矛盾都视作“学”和“习”的对象,视作挖潜和提升的空间,逐步探索并确立了问题管理模式。
