锅炉燃烧劣质煤时易产生的问题是燃烧效率低、燃烧不稳定易灭火、炉内易结焦、高温腐蚀及大气污染严重。直流浓淡燃烧器能够形成高浓度煤粉 ,具有稳定燃烧、降低 NOx 和 SOx 排放量的优点。垂直浓淡 ( PM、FW)燃烧器在运行中易出现结焦和高温腐蚀问题 ,而水平浓淡燃烧器却能防止炉内结焦及高温腐蚀的产生。本文通过双通道直流浓淡燃烧器的工作原理及应用的实例加以论述水平浓淡燃烧器在防止结焦方面比垂直浓淡燃烧器优越
When the boiler burns low-quality coal, the problems that are easy to produce are low combustion efficiency, unstable combustion, easy extinguishment of fire, easy coking in the furnace, high temperature corrosion and serious air pollution. DC shades can form high-concentration pulverized coal with the advantage of stable combustion and reduced NOx and SOx emissions. Vertical shading (PM, FW) burners are prone to coking and high temperature corrosion problems during operation, while horizontal shading burners prevent coking and high temperature corrosion in the furnace.
