对24例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者的研究表明:AMI患者红细胞变形能力明显低于正常人.将其红细胞体外孵育24 h后,其红细胞变形能力明显低于孵育前;但加甘糖酯(PGMS)和藻酸双酯钠(PSS)孵育的红细胞其变形能力明显改善,且改善的程度随药物浓度的升高而增加。其中以PGMS的作用更强。提示PGMS、PSS对改善AMI患者的微循环状态.增加缺血心肌的血流灌注.缩小梗塞面积可能有重要意义.
A study of 24 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) showed that the red blood cell deformability of AMI patients was significantly lower than that of normal people. After erythrocytes were incubated for 24 h in vitro, their red blood cell deformability was significantly lower than before incubation; The deformability of erythrocytes incubated with PGMS and PSS was significantly improved, and the degree of improvement increased with increasing drug concentration. Among them, the role of PGMS is stronger. It is suggested that PGMS and PSS may improve the microcirculatory state of AMI patients, increase the blood perfusion of ischemic myocardium, and reduce the infarct size may have important significance.
