学校是一个多因素、多层次、多结构的复杂综合体,要想让这个综合体里每一个成员的智慧和力量都充分发挥并最优化的组织起来,就必须要有一套切实可行的符合科学规范的管理制度。在时代发展的今天,大到国家、社会,小到企业、学校都在努力实现自身文化向人文、民主转型。传统的强制性制度严重阻碍了学校的发展。现在的学校要立于强校之林,它需要一个团队,一个集体的合作、奋斗。只有构建具有本校特色的符合时代发展的制度文化,才能实现真正意义上的可持续性发展。
