本文通过对1996—2011年间北京地区高等教育投入与经济发展指标时间序列数据开展实证研究,验证了北京地区高等教育投入指标和经济发展指标之间存在明显的长期均衡关系。高等教育投入指标变化对经济发展产生了不同程度和方向的影响:高校经费投入较为显著地影响了经济发展;经费投入和学生数量对经济发展变化的解释程度整体高于教师数;高等教育投入在区域经济内存在持续推动,但在3年之后效益逐渐减弱等。基于分析结论,提出推动高校教师科研及与教学的相互促进,以实现优化学生培养来支撑区域经济发展等建议。
This paper conducts an empirical study on the time series data of higher education investment and economic development in Beijing during 1996-2011, verifying that there is a clear long-term equilibrium relationship between investment in higher education and economic development in Beijing. The changes in the input index of higher education have different impacts on the economic development: the investment of higher education has a more significant impact on the economic development; the expenditure of students and the number of students explain the changes in economic development as a whole more than the number of teachers; The regional economy continues to promote, but gradually weakened its benefits after three years. Based on the conclusion of the analysis, it is proposed to promote the mutual promotion of scientific research and teaching with university teachers in order to realize the suggestions of optimizing the training of students to support the regional economic development.
