古丈毛尖茶品质优异,深受国内外消费者的喜爱,是我省最主要的出口名茶。由于古丈毛尖茶在各家各户分散加工等多方面的原因,收购的成品茶含水量较高,一般在10%左右,品质变化较快,限制了它的市场供应时间,不利于古丈茶叶产业化的健康发展。针对此问题,课题组开展了古丈毛尖茶的保鲜试验,以寻求古丈毛尖茶的实用保鲜技术。
