目的确定某立德粉生产公司湿式炼锌生产线通风排毒技术改造项目职业病危害防护措施的效果。方法对工作场所进行职业卫生调查,确定产生或存在的职业病危害因素,并进行浓度、强度检测,最后进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果该建设项目产生或存在砷化氢、氧化锌、氯化氢及盐酸、硫酸及三氧化硫、石灰石粉尘、噪声等职业病危害因素。除压滤机操作岗位砷化氢浓度超标外,其他岗位毒物的浓度均未超过职业接触限值;各工种接触粉尘及噪声浓度或强度均未超过职业接触限值。结论该建设项目通风排毒技术改造项目职业病危害控制效果基本可行;但该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,其总平面布局不符合有关要求,人工投料、取样的操作方式待改进,排风系统未安装净化处理设施,职业卫生管理、应急救援、职业病危害警示标识等有待完善。
Objective To determine the effectiveness of protective measures against occupational hazards in the ventilation detoxification project of a wet zinc smelter in a Lithopone production company. Methods Occupational health survey was conducted in the workplace to determine the risk factors of occupational diseases that occurred or existed, and the concentration and intensity were tested. Finally, the control effect of occupational disease hazards was evaluated. As a result, occupational hazards such as arsine, zinc oxide, hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide, lime dust and noise were generated or existed in this project. In addition to filter press operation post arsenal concentration exceeded, other post toxic concentrations did not exceed the occupational exposure limits; various types of work contact dust and noise concentration or intensity did not exceed the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The control effect of occupational hazards in ventilation and detoxification technical renovation project of this project is basically feasible. However, the project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. The overall layout of the project does not meet the relevant requirements. The operation mode of manual feeding and sampling is to be improved and the exhaust system Installation of purification facilities, occupational health management, emergency rescue, occupational hazards warning signs to be perfected.
