随着社会的发展,经济的不断进步,我国建筑行业之间的竞争也越发激烈。这样的现状使得人们越来越重视在市场经济下的建筑经济成本管理。在建筑企业经营管理过程当中,对于经济成本的控制是重点,亦是难点。只有将建筑企业的成本进行良好的管理,才能使得企业的整体运作更加顺利,保证企业在后续的发展过程当中能够不断的提升自身的竞争力,逐渐的将建筑企业的规模不断扩大,并且使其能够可持续地发展下去。本文针对现阶段的市场经济下,如何良好的进行建筑企业的经济成本管理进行了简要分析,以期为今后的建筑企业发展提供良好的借鉴。
