目的 初步探讨眼冲击伤的致伤机理。方法 采用BST Ⅲ型生物激波管 ,建立以压力峰值(42 9± 38.8)kPa和 (834± 6 .4)kPa的轻、重两组伤型的眼冲击伤模型。在对不同强度的冲击波对眼组织的早期损伤的系列实验研究的同时 ,从临床损伤特点和生物力学角度讨论了眼冲击伤的致伤机理。结果 冲击波在眼部形成的眼内应力反射效应、应力剥落效应、压缩波与拉伸波的复合效应 ,可造成眼冲击伤特有的一些损伤特点。结论 眼冲击伤与眼钝挫伤的致伤机制有所不同。
Objective To investigate the injury mechanism of eye impact injury. Methods BST type Ⅲ bio-shock tube was used to establish the eye-impingement injury model with light pressure and heavy pressure of 42 9 ± 38.8 kPa and 834 ± 6 4 kPa. In the series of experimental studies on early damage of eyewave with different intensity of shockwave, the mechanism of eyeburn injury was discussed from the perspective of clinical injury characteristics and biomechanics. Results Shock wave in the eye formation of the eye stress reflex effect, stress spalling effect, compressional wave and tensile wave compound effect, can cause some eye injury injury characteristics. Conclusion Eye injury and eye contusion injury mechanism is different.
