我们在复方制剂“苍脂颗粒剂”工艺研究中发现,用乙醇对浓缩药液进行沉淀时,不同的醇沉浓度对补骨脂素溶出度影响很大。现将实验结果做如下报告。 1 仪器与试药 CS—9000薄层扫描仪(日本岛津株式会社),微量点样毛细管(USA);929—自动铺板器(重庆贝可得公司);硅胶G(青岛海洋化工厂)。补骨脂素对照品:购自中国药品生物制品检定所。所用试剂均为分析纯。所用药材由北京中医医院中药房提供。
We found in the compound preparation “Cangzhi Granules” process study that when ethanol was used to precipitate the concentrated drug solution, different concentrations of alcohols had a great influence on the dissolving degree of psoralen. The experimental results are now reported as follows. 1 Instruments and reagents CS-9000 thin-layer scanner (Shimadzu Corporation, Japan), micro-spotting capillary (USA); 929—automatic sheet-plotter (Chongqing Becker Co., Ltd.); silicone G (Qingdao Marine Chemical Plant). Psoralen reference substance: purchased from China National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products. All reagents used were of analytical grade. The medicinal materials used are provided by the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.
