I. Introduction Low-pressure casting is commonly referred to as a method of connecting a sealed crucible and a mold with a cast conduit and filling a molten metal with low pressure compressed air in the crucible. This process has long been studied. According to West Germany KaRLSchnidt Company introduced in 1910 A.L.J.Queneau studied the use of resistance crucible furnace as a low-pressure aluminum bronze, manganese bronze casting equipment. During the same period, E.F. Lake invented a patent for lead and tin alloy foundry equipment up to 300 ° C. Figure 1 shows a block diagram of such a device. In modern low-pressure casting machines, it is used to make sealed-air inductors and metal molds.
