目的:研究骨愈方中羟基红花黄色素A的体外透皮释药情况。方法:采用垂直式Franz扩散池进行小鼠离体皮肤透皮吸收试验,以羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)含量为指标,考察乙醇体积分数和药物浓度对HSYA透皮性能的影响。结果:药液质量浓度和乙醇体积分数的增加均有利于HSYA透过皮肤;选择生药质量浓度1 g.mL-1,乙醇体积分数70%。结论:70%乙醇可显著促进HSYA的皮肤透过作用,为骨愈搽剂的制备提供参考。
Objective: To study the in vitro transdermal delivery of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Guyufang. Methods: The in vitro dermal transdermal absorption test of mice was carried out using a vertical Franz diffusion cell. The HSYA content was taken as an index to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration and drug concentration on the transdermal performance of HSYA. Results: The increase of liquid mass concentration and ethanol volume fraction was beneficial to the transdermal penetration of HSYA. The crude drug concentration of 1 g.mL-1 and the ethanol volume fraction of 70% were selected. CONCLUSION: 70% ethanol can significantly promote the skin permeation of HSYA and provide a reference for the preparation of Guyu liniment.
