针对某大厚度H型牛腿在圆管柱上焊后出现的层状撕裂现象,从改善焊接应力分布入手,采用低氢型CO2焊,使用Z向钢制作牛腿,运用低组配的焊接材料,选择小规范、多层多道焊,实施交叉对称焊法,能减小焊接应力,改善接头拘束应力,取得圆满焊接效果。
