社区卫生服务是医疗卫生工作的重要组成部分，有着丰富的道德内涵。社区卫生服务适应医学模式转变的需要，在更高的水平上为人民服务；社区卫生服务保障病人的权利，彰显医学的人道主义本质；社区卫生服务有利于建立新型的医患关系，促进医德医风好转；社区卫生服务保证卫生资源的充分利用，提高卫生服务的整体水平。
Community health service is an important part of medical and health work and it has rich moral connotation. Community health services adapt to the needs of medical model transformation and serve the people at a higher level; community health services protect the rights of patients and demonstrate the humanitarian nature of medicine; community health services are conducive to establishing a new type of doctor-patient relationship and promoting medical ethics. The winds are improving; community health services ensure the full use of health resources and improve the overall level of health services.
