“界面”一词最早出现在工程技术领域,是指两个或多个不同物体之间的分界面。它能够明确的表达要素之间的连接关系,因此将其引入了企业管理活动之中。近些年在我国出现了很多石油工程建设项目,这些项目规模大、系统性强,对专业化程度要求高,并且是由很多参与方共同组成。面对这些特点,在项目管理方面对其相关人员提出了更高的要求,故本文主要对项目管理中的组织界面管理进行简单的分析与探讨。
“Interface ” first appeared in the field of engineering technology, refers to the interface between two or more different objects. It can express the connection between the elements clearly, so it is introduced into the business management activities. In recent years, many petroleum engineering construction projects have emerged in our country. These projects are large-scale, systematic and require a high degree of specialization and are composed of many participants. Faced with these characteristics, project management has put forward higher requirements on its related personnel. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the organizational interface management in project management.
