应用86Rb研究不同施肥量烤烟钾素营养效应,结果表明:随着施钾量的增加;在烤烟打顶期,烟叶中K2O含量,每株烤烟施25g、15g、2gK2O分别比对照增加1875%、1743%和329%;每株烤烟吸收肥料中K2O量,施3gK2O时分别比施15g、2g和25gK2O增加1974%、1357%和1301%;每株烤烟吸收总K2O量,施25gK2O分别比CK、施15g和2gK2O增加2070%、839%和816%。随着施钾量增加,烤烟现蕾期每株烤烟吸收土壤中K2O量,施2g、25g和3gK2O分别比施15gK2O下降595%、1145%和1597%;施2g、25g和3gK2O的钾肥利用率分别比施15gK2O下降1089%、289%和4215%;烤烟打顶期每株烤烟干物重,施25gK2O分别比CK施15g、2gK2O增加7488%、1515%和706%。

The potassium utilization rates of 2g, 25g and 3gK2O decreased by 1089%, 289% and 4215% respectively than those of 15gK2O. The dry matter weight of each flue-cured tobacco at the flue-cured tobacco top-loading period was 25gK2O, CK applied 15g, 2gK2O increased 7488%, 1515% and 706%.
