结合当前的现实情况来看,我国的社会经济进入了新常态,在这个时期国家开始更加重视经济发展的质量适当的放缓经济发展速度。高新科技企业一直以来都是国家的重点扶持对象。别的人力资源管理问题与普通企业的人力资源管理存在着十分明显的不同。因此本文将重点结合高科技企业人力资源管理特点,来进一步分析高科技企业人力资源管理的问题,结合这个问题来进一步地提出提升高新科技企业人力资源管理效率的策略。
