中药山豆根过量中毒临床时有发生,但未见到有严重中毒病例报道。我们临床遇到3例过量服用致重度中毒患者,其中1例死亡、2例抢救成功.现将其诊疗经过分析报告如下.病历摘要例1 女,20岁。患者因“咽痛”于1987年5月9日单剂煎服山豆根约90克,1小时后感头晕、恶心,频繁呕吐,5小时后意识不清、呼吸急促而急诊入院。体检:T36.5℃、P100、R28、BP16/10.67KPa(120/80mmHg),口唇轻度发
Chinese medicine root bean excessive poisoning have occurred from time to time, but no serious poisoning cases have been reported. We encountered three cases of clinical overdose patients with severe poisoning, of which 1 died, 2 cases were successfully treated. The diagnosis is now analyzed as follows.
