比较四川抗菌素工业研究所合成的头孢噻肟与其它几种常用抗生素对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌与绿脓杆菌的体外抗菌活性。用对倍稀积试管法检测最低抑菌浓度(MIC)与最低杀菌浓度(MBC),以二者的累积百分比进行比较。头孢噻肟对大肠杆菌有高度抗菌活性,MIC_(50)与MIC_(90)分别为0.013与0.05μg/ml,其MBC_(50)与MBC_(90)分别为0.20与6.25μg/ml,明显地较丁胺卡那霉素、多粘菌素E与庆大霉素与氨苄青霉素为强。它对金色葡萄球菌有中度抗菌活性MIC_(50)与MIC_(90)分别为1.56与6.25μg/ml,不及庆大霉素、头孢噻啶、氯霉素,与红霉素相似。它对绿脓杆菌有轻度抗菌活性,其MIC_(50)与MIC_(90)分别为12.5与50μg/ml,不及丁胺卡那霉素、多粘菌素E与庆大霉素。
In vitro antibacterial activities of cefotaxime synthesized by Sichuan Institute of Antibiotic Industry and several other commonly used antibiotics against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were compared. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were measured by multiplicative tube assay in terms of the cumulative percentage of both. Cefotaxime had high antibacterial activity against E. coli. The MIC 50 and MIC 90 were 0.013 and 0.05 μg / ml, respectively. The MBC 50 and MBC 90 were 0.20 and 6.25 μg / ml, respectively, apparently More than amikacin, polymyxin E and gentamicin and ampicillin as strong. It has moderate antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus MIC_ (50) and MIC_ (90) were 1.56 and 6.25μg / ml, less than gentamicin, cefalotin, chloramphenicol, similar to erythromycin. It has mild antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, its MIC_ (50) and MIC_ (90) were 12.5 and 50μg / ml, respectively, less than amikacin, polymyxin E and gentamicin.
