目的探讨过氧化氢浓度、唾液酸酶、白细胞酯酶、脯氨酸氨基肽酶和乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶检测对阴道微生态的改变所致妇科疾病的诊断意义。方法对妇科门诊3 988例阴道分泌物进行五联检检测及Am sel法的检测。结果五联检法检测3 988例阴道分泌物的结果阳性率:细菌性阴道病(BV)为30.1%,念珠菌为40.1%,滴虫为21.7%,Am sel法检测BV阳性率为28.8%。清洁度(Ⅰ~Ⅱ)组与清洁度(Ⅲ~Ⅳ)组比较H2O2、pH、唾液酸酶和脯氨酸氨基肽酶等检测结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论五联检结合清洁度等项目检测可以互补或取代旧指标,应用于临床。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of hydrogen peroxide concentration, sialidase, leukocyte esterase, proline aminopeptidase and acetaminoglucosidase in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases caused by vaginal microecology. Methods A total of 3 988 vaginal secretions from gynecological clinic were tested by five-tiered test and Amsel test. Results The prevalence of vaginal discharge in 3 988 cases was 30.1% for bacterial vaginosis (BV), 40.1% for Candida, 21.7% for Trichomonas and 28.8% for Amsel. The results of H2O2, pH, sialidase and proline aminopeptidase were significantly different between cleanliness (Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ) group and cleanliness (Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ) group (P <0.01). Conclusions Five tests combined with cleanliness and other tests can complement or replace the old indicators, used in clinical.
