多年来,通过对海上油气田开发前期研究工作的不断探索、总结与完善,逐步建立了一系列海上油气田开发前期研究地质油藏方案设计策略和技术,形成了储量动用策略、滚动开发与评价策略、风险规避和潜力挖掘策略、开发部署策略和区域开发策略等5大地质油藏方案设计策略,建立了精细试井解释技术、油井初期产能评价技术、油气田全方位类比技术、流体性质评价预测技术、多井型相结合井网优化技术、精细油藏数值模拟技术和开发井井槽预留技术等7大地质油藏工程方案设计技术。实践证明,上述地质油藏方案设计策略和技术的实施与应用,大大提高了海上油气田开发前期研究地质油藏方案设计的工作效率和技术水平,确保了地质油藏工程方案设计的高质量与高水平。
