目的 :探讨中药通腑泻热灌肠剂配合常规外科方法治疗急腹症并发脓毒症的效果。方法 :采用中药通腑泻热灌肠合剂灌肠配合常规外科手术及术后处理、抗生素应用等治疗急腹症并发脓毒症 38例 ,与常规治疗随机对照观察。结果 :与对照组比较 ,中西医结合组治疗后第 7日血清 C反应蛋白含量明显下降 ,血栓素 B2 /6酮前列腺素 F1α(TXB2 /6 keto PGF1α)失调明显改善 ,术后并发症明显减少 ,差异均有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :应用中药通腑泻热灌肠剂配合常规外科治疗急腹症并发脓毒症能减轻炎症反应及组织损害 ,减少术后并发症 ,提高临床疗效 Objective: To investigate the effect of Tongfu Xiere enema combined with routine surgical treatment of acute abdomen complicated with sepsis. Methods: Thirty-eight cases of acute abdomen complicated with sepsis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Tongfu Xiere enema with enema and routine surgical operation and postoperative treatment. Antibiotics were used to treat acute abdomen with sepsis. Randomized controlled clinical trials were conducted. Results: Compared with the control group, serum C-reactive protein level decreased significantly on the 7th day after treatment in the combination group, and the imbalance of TXB2 / 6 keto PGF1α was significantly decreased and the postoperative complications were significantly decreased , The differences were significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine Tongfu diarrhea enema combined with conventional surgical treatment of acute abdomen abscess can reduce inflammation and tissue damage, reduce postoperative complications and improve clinical efficacy
