目的探讨球帽型附着体修复治疗牙列游离缺失的重度牙周病的临床疗效。方法选择2008年9月至2010年9月河南省南阳市口腔医院修复科收治的牙列单、双侧游离缺失的重度牙周病患者37例,应用球帽型附着体进行修复治疗,并随访6个月观察疗效。结果修复体戴入后,患者主观评价:美观37例,咀嚼有力37例,感觉适应36例,总体满意度为99%。随访复查,所有患者附着体固位力合适、义齿稳性高,基牙松动度均明显减轻或无松动,X线片前后对比牙槽骨骨小梁转为清晰和稳定,牙周情况均有明显改善,牙周病修复治疗有效率100%。结论球帽型附着体在患者口腔功能恢复和牙周病综合治疗上具有显著效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ball-cap attachment in the treatment of severe periodontal disease with dentition free deletion. Methods From September 2008 to September 2010, Nanyang Stomatological Hospital, Nanyang, Henan Province, 37 cases of patients with severe periodontal disease were randomly divided into two groups. Conclusion The ball-cap attachment has a significant effect on oral functional recovery and periodontal disease in patients.
