目的:通过预实验,初步了解山核桃叶和美国山核桃叶中的化学成分。方法:采用化学成分系统预试法,分别对山核桃叶和美国山核桃叶的水提取液、乙醇提取液和石油醚提取液进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的颜色反应或沉淀反应,初步推断两种植物叶中可能含有的化学成分。结果:两者所含的化学成分类型基本相同,可初步确定其可能含有多糖、鞣质、酚类、有机酸、黄酮类、蒽醌类、强心苷、三萜类化合物及其皂苷等化学成分。结论:首次报道山核桃叶和美国山核桃叶化学成分预试验,有利于对其有效成分的提取、分离、纯化研究,为今后深入研究与开发利用该资源提供一定的研究基础。
Objective: To preliminarily understand the chemical components of Hickory leaves and American pecan leaves through preliminary experiments. Methods: A chemical composition system was used to preliminarily study the aqueous extracts, ethanol extracts, and petroleum ether extracts of Hickory leaves and American pecan leaves, respectively, through the color reaction or precipitation of various indicators and color reagents. Reactions, preliminary inferences may include the chemical composition of the two plant leaves. Results: The types of chemical components contained in the two are basically the same, and it can be initially determined that they may contain polysaccharides, tannins, phenols, organic acids, flavonoids, terpenes, cardiac glycosides, triterpenoids, and saponins. ingredient. Conclusion: For the first time, the preliminary experiments on the chemical constituents of hickory leaves and American hickory leaves are helpful for the extraction, separation and purification of their active ingredients, which will provide a certain research basis for further research and development and utilization of this resource.
