外齿离合器是北京型内燃机车换向机构中的主要零件。它在高速重载情况下工作,换向时,齿端部还承受冲击。所以,该零件必须采用合金结构钢,并配以恰当的热处理方式来制造。由于花键孔要在相配合的花键轴上灵活地滑动,对花键孔的加工精度要求很高。外齿离合器的结构见图1,它是一个薄壁零件,最小壁厚仅13毫米,很容易在加工和热处理过程中产生变形。热处理强化的程度越高,花键孔越硬,变形越大,加工也就越困难。我厂经过一段时间的摸索,将花键轴磨床改造成花键孔磨床,采用外齿离合器渗碳淬
External gear clutch is the main part of Beijing-type diesel locomotive reversing mechanism. It works at high speed and heavy load conditions, the tooth ends also bear the impact.
