This indicates that China’s integrated circuit manufacturing technology has entered the 300 mm era. Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Beijing Municipal Party Committee Secretary Liu Qi, Beijing Mayor Wang Qishan and Deputy Minister of Information Industry Lou Qinjian participated in the SMIC held a celebration for this purpose.
