在上海轨道交通新一轮工程建设中,区间隧道直径由原来的6.2 m调整为6.6 m,为此,原有的盾构机需要进行扩径改造。结合盾构机小幅扩径改造设计,详细介绍了盾构机改造的总体方案,并分析了关键技术和改造价值,为后续盾构机改造提供借鉴。
In the new round of rail transit project in Shanghai, the tunnel diameter is adjusted from the original 6.2 m to 6.6 m. Therefore, the existing shield machine needs to be expanded in diameter. Combined with the small diameter expansion design of shield machine, the overall scheme of shield machine modification is introduced in detail, and the key technologies and the value of transformation are analyzed, which can provide reference for the subsequent reconstruction of shield machine.
