对球团带式焙烧机的设计,国内尚无系统化的设计理论。对鞍钢321.6m2、包钢162m2和京唐504m2带式焙烧机的介绍文献,也只是从设备使用效果、技术介绍和问题解决方法层面加以分析论述,而缺乏理论上的设计范畴内的系统化总结。通过鞍钢321.6m2、包钢162m2和京唐504m2球团带式焙烧机的设计、操控参数与球团矿产、质量的关系的分析,并参考国外的关于带式焙烧机设计的相关文献,总结出带式焙烧机设计的11个要点,与广大带式焙烧机设计者研讨。
The design of pellet belt roaster has no systematic design theory in China. The introductory literature of Anshan Iron and Steel 321.6m2, Baotou Steel 162m2 and Jingtang 504m2 belt roasting machine is only analyzed and discussed from the aspects of equipment use effect, technical introduction and problem solving method, but there is no systematic summary in theoretical design scope . Based on the analysis of the relationship between the parameters of design, control parameters and pellet quality of 321.6m2 Anshan Iron and Steel Company, 162m2 Baotou Steel Co., Ltd. and 504m2 Baotang Steel Belt Roasting Machine, and referring to the foreign literature about the design of belt roaster, Belt roaster design of the 11 points, with the majority of band roaster designer seminar.
