口服抗生素用于结直肠手术的术前准备,很多文献报道能使术后感染率明显降低。以后有不少研究报道比较了静脉用药与口服用药的效果,意见不一。为此,作者决定进行Nichols和Condon的短期给药方案与作者的一次性静注给药方案的比较观察研究。病人和方法所有住入结直肠组病房的进行择期性手术的病人,随机分为口服新霉素和红霉素组与一次静注灭滴灵和头孢三嗪组,剔除Crohn病、溃疡性结肠炎或憩室病者。所有恶性肿瘤病人都是非梗阻性的。口服药组计29例,其中12例为直肠癌,9例为结肠癌,
