结合武汉绿地国际金融中心工程,将大体积混凝土温控理论及计算分析方法应用到大体积筏板混凝土的温度与裂缝控制中。结果表明优化混凝土配合比并进行温升计算,利用及时准确的测温数据指导混凝土的保温、保湿养护,能有效地减小大体积混凝土因温度应力导致开裂的可能性。
Combined with the project of Wuhan Greenland International Finance Center, the mass concrete temperature control theory and calculation and analysis method are applied to the temperature and crack control of large-volume raft concrete. The results show that the optimization of concrete mix ratio and temperature calculation, the use of timely and accurate temperature measurement data to guide the concrete insulation, moisture conservation, can effectively reduce the mass concrete temperature cracking caused by the possibility of stress.
