目的研究苦蘵(Physalis angulata L.)全草的化学成分。方法利用色谱方法分离和纯化化合物,并通过光谱方法及理化性质鉴定其结构。结果从苦蘵中分离获得13个化合物,分别鉴定为酸浆苦素A(1)、酸浆苦素B(2)、酸浆苦素E(3)、酸浆苦素P(4)、豆甾-5-烯-3β-醇(5)、麦角甾-5,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(6)、菜籽甾醇(7)、豆甾烷-22-烯-3,6-二酮(8)、孕甾-5-烯-3-醇-20-羧酸(9)、麦角甾-5,24(28)-二烯-3β,23S-二醇(10)、麦角甾-5,25(26)-二烯-3β,24ξ-二醇(11)、正十六酸(12)、正十七酸(13)。结论除化合物2、3外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5~10、12~13首次从该属植物中获得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Physalis angulata L. Methods Chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify compounds. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and physicochemical properties. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from bitter gourd, and were identified as clopidogrel A (1), clopidogic acid B (2), clopidogrel E (3), clopidogrel P (4) 5-ene-3β-ol (5), ergosta-5,24 (28) -dien-3β-ol (6), rapeseneol (9), ergistetra-5,24 (28) -dien-3β, 23S-diol (10) , Ergosterol-5,25 (26) -diene-3β, 24ξ-diol (11), n-hexadecanoic acid (12) and n-heptadecanoic acid (13). CONCLUSION Compounds other than compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 5 ~ 10 and 12 ~ 13 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
