一、前言硫酸铵是应用最广的氨态氮肥之一。其测定方法常用的有凱氏法及甲醛法二种。凱氏法准确度较高,但繁复、费时,不能符合大批分析的快速要求。甲醛法则快速、简单,且不需要特殊仪器。硫酸铵含量测定在对外贸易部输出入商品检验暂行标准及化工部部颁标准中都并列凱氏法及甲醛法。上述两法,我们曾做过多次试验,发现两法所得结果有差异,甲醛法较凱氏法(表1),豹偏低0.1%左右。为了消除其他因素的影响,我们用已知量硫酸,加
I. Introduction Ammonium sulfate is one of the most widely used ammonia nitrogen fertilizers. The determination of commonly used Kjeldahl and formaldehyde method two. Kjeldahl method is more accurate, but complicated, time-consuming, can not meet the rapid requirements of a large number of analysis. Formaldehyde rules fast, simple, and does not require special equipment. Determination of ammonium sulfate in the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the export of goods inspection Interim Standards and Ministry of Chemical Industry ministerial standards are side by side Kjeldahl and formaldehyde method. We have done many tests on the above two methods and found that the results obtained by the two methods are different. The formaldehyde method is about 0.1% lower than the Kjeldah method (Table 1).
