研究阻塞性黄疸患者外周血淋巴细胞白细胞介素2活性和血浆中前列腺素E2水平的变化,同时观察了消炎痛对上述指标的影响。结果发现阻塞性黄疸患者血淋巴细胞白细胞介素2活性明显下降,而血浆中前列腺素E2水平明显升高,且两者之间有显著的相关关系。给阻塞性黄疸患者服用消炎痛,可以显著改善其血淋巴细胞白细胞介素2活性,降低其血浆中PGE2水平。提示阻塞性黄疸患者存在着免疫功能障碍,消炎痛能够明显改善阻塞性黄疸患者的免疫功能状态,有可能成为临床上降低阻塞性黄疸患者感染易感性有价值的药物之一。
To study the changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte interleukin-2 (IL-2) and prostaglandin E2 (E2) levels in patients with obstructive jaundice and to observe the effects of indomethacin on them. The results showed that in patients with obstructive jaundice, the activity of interleukin-2 in blood lymphocytes was significantly decreased, while the plasma prostaglandin E2 level was significantly increased, and there was a significant correlation between the two. Taking indomethacin in patients with obstructive jaundice can significantly improve the activity of interleukin-2 in blood lymphocytes and decrease the PGE2 level in plasma. It is suggested that immunodysfunction exists in patients with obstructive jaundice. Indomethacin can significantly improve the immune function of patients with obstructive jaundice, which may become one of the clinically valuable drugs to reduce the susceptibility of patients with obstructive jaundice.
