为了鼓励和推动学术研究活动,中国知识产权研究会在94年《知识产权》杂志第二期和第三期上刊登征文启事,举办94年度知识产权征文活动。其后,陆续收到各地作者投来稿件80余篇。经评审办初步审查,符合条件的共77篇。经主办单位组织专家进行严格的初审和复审,共评出一等奖2篇二等奖8篇三等奖12篇鼓励奖9篇(名单详见封三)。颁奖活动另有安排。
