流体矿产与固体矿产的基本区别之一是.体矿产形成后一般不再运移.石油、天然气在形成后必须经过运移、聚集才能形成油气藏.油气的生成地点与聚集成油气藏地点不一致是正常的.油、气从油(气)源岩向储集岩的运移称初次运移.油气在储集岩体中的运移称二次运移.这两种运移的机理是不同的.初次运移更难研究.油气运移的研究,不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且具有重要的实用价植:对勘探油气来说,油气初次运移量和聚集量显然比总生油(气)量更实用,而油气初次运移率和聚集率取决于油气运移的动力、机理、距离、时间等因素;油气运移的时间的研究很重要,因只有油气的生成期、运移期与圈闭形成期配合得好,才能形成良好的油气藏;油与运移的方向指示了找油的方向.
