德育工作应与学生的身心发展规律相一致,注重衔接,形成序列,才能取得好的效果。山东省淄博市文昌湖旅游度假区萌山小学根据《小学德育纲要》的内容和要求,将小学德育工作分低、中、高年级三个序列阶段划分,分别以养成教育、明理教育和知行教育作为主要内容。这些内容互相联系、互相渗透,既是认识和实践的统一过程,又是多层次、依序进行的逐步深化的过程,它们与节日活动和经常性的教育工作相结合,共同组成了德育活动
