目的观察Vitapex糊剂用于慢性根尖周炎的一次性根管治疗术后的反应及远期疗效。方法选择慢性根尖周炎需做根管治疗的患牙120颗,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组使用氧化锌丁香油糊剂+牙胶尖二次充填;观察组使用Vitapex糊剂+牙胶尖一次性充填,分别在1周、6个月、1年和3年进行追踪观察。结果远期疗效两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂用于慢性根尖周炎的一次性根管治疗术后反应较少且疗效可靠。 Objective To observe the response and long-term efficacy of Vitapex paste for postoperative root canal therapy of chronic apical periodontitis. Methods 120 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis who underwent root canal therapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was supplemented with zinc oxide clove oil plus dentin tip. The observation group was treated with Vitapex paste + Glue tips were filled in one time, followed by 1 week, 6 months, 1 year and 3 years respectively. The long-term results of the two groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Vitapex paste for chronic periapical periodontal root canal treatment of postoperative response less effective and reliable.
