报告厂加热和 ̄(60)钴照射对血清中内型肝炎病毒(HCV)RNA的影响。10份HCVRNA阳性血清经56℃10h处理后用PCR方法检测,发现HCVRNA已不可测出,HCVRNA阳性血清冷冻干燥后经60℃作用20h,其中的HCVRNA仍能测出。提示:56℃10h处理可使阳性血清中的HCV灭活,用加热法灭活血清中的HCV,血清需处于液态,冻于血清用加热法灭活HCV宜先灭活再冻于,血清加热处理后的安全性尚需进一步研究。用 ̄(60)钴照射灭活血清中的HCV需要超大剂量。而这时血清中的蛋白质成分将发生明显变化。因此,用 ̄(60)钴照射灭活血清中的HCV是不实用的。
Report the effects of plant heating and ~ (60) cobalt irradiation on hepatitis B virus (HCV) RNA in serum. Ten HCVRNA-positive sera were detected by PCR after treatment at 56 ℃ for 10h. HCVRNA was undetectable. After HCV-positive sera were lyophilized, the HCV RNA was still detected after 60 ℃ for 20h. Tip: 56 ℃ 10h treatment can make the positive serum inactivation of HCV, with heating inactivation of HCV in serum, the serum needs to be in liquid, frozen in serum by heating inactivation of HCV should first deactivate re-frozen in serum heating After the treatment of security needs further study. Inactivation of HCV in serum with ~ (60) cobalt requires very large doses. At this time, the serum protein components will change significantly. Therefore, inactivation of HCV in serum with ~ (60) cobalt irradiation is impractical.
