Elementary mathematics is a basic discipline that exercises thinking and resolves computing problems. It not only shows in understanding and using numbers, graphics, equations, but also concludes with thinking in mathematics and thinking about problems in study and life. Starting with the role of mathematical thinking in learning, this article elaborates in detail the strategies for cultivating students’ mathematical thinking ability. Some students think mathematics is simple and pass a hundred links. Some students think that mathematical knowledge is complicated and do not know how to start it. This is a person’s performance of mathematical thinking. According to the personal teaching experience of mathematics, we found that the correlation between the learning effect and learning method of math knowledge is far more than the number of practice, and the learning method
