人力资源管理是对企业人力资源进行合理的利用,在制定人力资源管理制度时,需要保证与企业战略相契合。随着市场经济的不断发展,企业的各项管理制度越来越完善,企业的管理者对人力资源的管理越来越重视。加强人力资源的管理,可以提高企业的竞争力,在改进与优化人力资源管理制度时,应结合企业发展战略,从而更快的实现组织目标。本文对人力资源管理与企业战略契合的意义以及路径进行了研究,希望对企业的管理者提供一定帮助。
Human resources management is to make reasonable use of human resources in the enterprise. In the process of formulating the human resources management system, it is necessary to ensure that it is in line with the corporate strategy. With the continuous development of market economy, various management systems of enterprises are more and more perfect, and managers of enterprises pay more and more attention to the management of human resources. To strengthen the management of human resources can improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
