许多药物能干扰骨骼肌的正常结构和功能,引起种种损害。现简述如下: 一、急性横纹肌溶解症:如海洛英、美散痛、苯丙胺、苯环己哌啶、酒精、巴比妥类、5-氮胞甙、安定、眠尔通、异烟肼、二性霉素B、生胃酮、降糖灵、氟苯丙胺等能引起本症。这与药物的滥用或成瘾有关。表现肌肉疼痛,特别是近侧大肌群,伴肌肉肿胀和压痛。重者有弛缓性轻瘫和反射消失,血清肌酸磷酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶常显著增加。且常发生肌红蛋白尿、急性肾功能衰竭与血清肌红蛋白增多有关。横纹肌溶解、合并血钾过低可引起致命的心律失常。治疗包括停药、严格卧床休
