财经类院校管理学双语课的教学旨在通过课堂指导学生学习管理学的相关原版英文书籍让学生更深入的理解《管理学》课程的内容,是一种递进和加深关系。本文结合教学实践分析了在财经类高校中管理学双语教学中存在于学生、师资和教学三个环节上的主要存在的问题,并针对性地提出相应的对策和办法,以提高教师和学生在教学过程中的自我改善意识和不断创新的能力,以提高管理学双语教学质量。
The management of Bilingual Courses in Finance and Economics Institutions aims to provide students with a deeper understanding of the contents of Management Courses through a series of relevant original English books guiding student learning management. This is a progressive and deepening relationship. Based on the teaching practice, this article analyzes the main problems existing in students’, teachers’ and students’ teaching in bilingual teaching of management science in finance and economics colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures in a bid to improve teachers’ and students’ Teaching self-improvement awareness and ability to innovate in order to improve bilingual teaching management quality.
