既往传统观念认为白血病患者正常骨髓成分被抑制,是受白血病细胞机械性排挤所致,近年来有人提出白血病细胞的代谢物质在这个病理过程中也起了重要作用。为探索白血病细胞代谢物质是否对正常造血组织有抑制作用,我们对治疗前、完全缓解及部分缓解白血病患者的白血病细胞条件培养液及患者血清对正常CFU-GM集落生长的影响进行了研究。
Past traditional concepts that the normal bone marrow in patients with leukemia was inhibited by the mechanical exclusion of leukemia cells caused by leukemia cells in recent years was suggested that metabolites in this pathological process also played an important role. To investigate whether leukemic cell metabolites inhibit normal hematopoietic tissue, we investigated the effects of conditioned medium and serum from patients with leukemia on normal CFU-GM colonies before treatment, complete remission and partial remission.
