目的 :观察钩吻对小鼠造血功能的影响。方法 :利用环磷酰胺 (Cy)抑制骨髓及辐照致骨髓损伤造模 ,检测钩吻对Cy所致骨髓抑制小鼠外周血细胞 ,红细胞 ,血小板 ,脾重和骨髓有核细胞的影响及对辐照致骨髓损伤小鼠CFU -S的影响和对小鼠生存的保护作用。结果 :钩吻对Cy骨髓抑制小鼠外周血细胞、红细胞、血小板及骨髓有核细胞均有明显提升作用(P<0 01) ,并显著提高生存率(P<0 05)和CFU -S数(P<0 01) ,而对脾重影响差异无显著性(P>0 05)。结论 :钩吻对抗肿瘤药物及放射线所致的骨髓抑制和/或损伤动物的造血功能有保护作用
Objective : To observe the effects of hook-kiss on hematopoietic function in mice. METHODS: Cyclophosphamide (Cy) was used to inhibit the bone marrow and radiation-induced bone marrow damage model, and the effects of Gynura on the peripheral blood cells, red blood cells, platelets, spleen weight and bone marrow nucleated cells in mice induced by Cy Exposure to CFU-S in mice with bone marrow damage and protection against mouse survival. RESULTS: The effects of hook-and-kicks on the peripheral blood cells, erythrocytes, platelets, and bone marrow nucleated cells in mice with Cy myelosuppression were significantly improved (P<0.01), and the survival rate (P<0 05) and CFU-S number were significantly increased ( P<0 01), but no significant difference in spleen weight effect (P>0 05). Conclusion :Hook-and-hook protect against hematopoiesis in bone marrow suppression and/or injured animals caused by anticancer drugs and radiation
