介绍了熔模精铸陶瓷型芯在航空发动机空心叶片中的应用,阐明了空心叶片陶瓷型芯性能强化的重要意义。概述了陶瓷型芯基体材料、矿化剂和添加剂,以及焙烧温度、炉温均匀性和填料成分等焙烧工艺对陶瓷型芯性能影响的研究现状。另外,分析了强化工艺对陶瓷型芯的增强效果,并对陶瓷型芯性能的强化进行了展望。
The application of investment casting ceramic core in the hollow blade of aeroengine is introduced, and the importance of reinforcing ceramic core with hollow blade is expounded. The research status of ceramic core materials, mineralizers and additives, as well as the influence of calcination temperature, temperature uniformity and filler composition on the properties of ceramic cores are summarized. In addition, the reinforcing effect of the strengthening process on the ceramic core is analyzed, and the strengthening of the ceramic core is also forecasted.
