1 前言 随着科学技术的发展和进步,工业控制自动化正向技术含量高,自动化程度高和可靠性高发展,PLC可编程序控制器以其优越的性能价格比、方便的编程,调试维护方便,在现代工业自动化领域起着越来越重要的作用。 C7620、C7632多刀半自动车床为我公司及同行业厂重要机加工设备,拥有相当大的数量,其控制系统为继电器矩阵系统;其内部有几十个中间继电器,编程矩阵板上有一百多个φ0.35插座,利用φ0.35插头编程,由于继电器较多,动作频繁,在运行过程中,经常因继电器松动、编程矩阵板、插座及插头焊点虚接,产生误动作,出现元件和触点烧坏现象,维修需花费大量时间和资金,给生产带来很大不方便,决定对其进行改造。
