驻京某部修理连于1989年7月31日晚会餐。菜谱有炒莱、酱猪蹄、扒鸡、鱼和凉拌菜等,主食为大米饭和馒头。餐后4小时,就餐者陆续出现恶心、呕吐,疲乏、腹痛、腹泻和精神差等症状。当晚该连就餐者78人,发病13人(发病率16.7%),多数较重患者均住302医院治疗。经过现场调查,并采集了未住院患者的大便及剩余食物作细菌培养分离鉴定。结果在扒鸡、凉拌菜和患者粪便标本的培养基中,均有较纯培养的细菌生长,经鉴定为奇异变形
A ministry stationed in Beijing even connected the evening meal on July 31, 1989. Recipes are fried Lai, sauce trotters, braised chicken, fish and salad dishes, staple food for rice and bread. Four hours after a meal, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, abdominal pain, diarrhea and poor mental symptoms were reported to the diners. The night of the meal with 78 people, the incidence of 13 people (the incidence rate of 16.7%), 302 patients admitted to the majority of hospital care. After on-site investigation, and collected in-patients stool and remaining food for bacterial culture identification. Results In the medium of braised chicken, salad dressing, and patient stool specimens, purely cultured bacteria were all grown and were identified as strangely deformed
