吗丁啉(Domperidone,多潘立酮),具有拮抗多巴胺受体,影响胃肠运动的作用,所以可使胃肠道上部的蠕动和张力恢复正常,促进胃排空,增强胃窦和十二指肠运动,协调幽门的收缩。还可增强食道的蠕动和食道下部括约肌的张力。用于治疗消化系统疾病,可消除食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、腹部胀满等自觉症状。亦有使血清泌乳素水平升高乃至发生乳房胀痛、增大、女性化乳房、泌乳反应的作用。这在国内尚未见到报道,现将我们在使用本品过程中出现泌乳现象1例报告如下:
